irrors lie. They distort, invert, refract, twist images into , odd shapes, and exaggerate or shrink them. But this is not to suggest that the mirror ' s effects are frivolous. The sending of light rays to their destination with unerring ac- curacy balances any questionable behavior a mirror might produce. This MIRROR 1984 won ' t lie. It reflects the progress and accomplishments of the Class of 1984 as well as the entire student body. By holding a mirror to our actions, we hope to examine the many motivations, emotions, intentions, and directions of our Dental School career. Without exaggeration or distortion, the many achievements both individully and col- lectively of the students of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery will be presented.
