he Senior y ic add President Wayne L. O ' Roark Vice-President JOHN Hackett Secretary Victor Spiro Treasurer Charles M. Rosenberg Student Senate Representatives LuciEN Benoit Charles Toomey Tap-Tap! Tap-Tap! The sounds emanating from the cHnic floor ushered in the senior year. It is a year of self-examination, of scrutiny, of major decisions; this is the essence of the senior year. The chnical requirements were indeed more profuse, diffuse, and at times obtuse (though usually acute) ; but this was expected. The last bridge, the last foil, the last perio chart, the last denture adjustment — these will always remain as nostalgic memories of an era in our lives when we thought things could be no worse while, in truth, things could hardly be better. We look forward to the coming years so full of challenges and decisions, so laden with aspirations and ambitions, so seemingly predetermined with well-conceived plans and ideas. In retrospect, we can only appreciate and be grateful for the past four years and how they have prepared us in our chosen path in life. We remember 1963-1964 as the year of the new dean, the year of the concrete plans for the new school, the year of the new charts, the year of the new prosthetics regime, and the year of the Gold Foil Academy demonstrations. We look back with a small lump In our throats and a trace of mist in our eyes, more from pride and happiness than from the thought of leaving the B.C.D.S. Contrary to what most students will say, we are and always will remain grateful to the faculty, the personnel, and the numerous other people who guided us through school and helped us to at- tain our goal — dentistry. {l5h
