Whildin Foster, M. D., D. D. S. Our highest hope is that you may find, among its pages, some points of interest that will bring back to your memory the many pleasures and happy events coincident with the by-gone days spent under the tuition of your Alma Mater — Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Doubtless some of you will criticise the work severely. When you do, we ask that it be born in mind we have not labored unincumbered in gathering together the faggots as they have fallen in our pathway. If, while swimming on its waters, a flying harpoon should by chance strike you offendingly, know well before-hand that it has missed its mark; and for redress, you can appeal to pro- tective laws for small fishes.
