Member- ship to thi s societv is a goal toward which all .Maine coeds strive, since it is the highest non-scholastic honor given to women at the University. Last spring at the . 11-Mainc Women ' s bantjuet there were three seniors. .Mary Hempstead. Priscilla Loring. and Lois . nn Savage, and eight juniors, Mary Bil- lings. Olive Bradburv. Helen Clifford. Priscilla Hopkins. Joan Manwell. Esther Randall. Frances Sheehy, and Ruth Tro- land. selected as . 11-Maine Women to ' carry on the work of the organization for the following year. Esther Randall was elected president for this vear ' s group. Due to graduation occurring at the end of each term, other girls have been lapped as thev will not be here for the spring banquet.
