and now the end?... Most of the students who are graduating this June are thinking that this is the end of their education. This may be true as far as carry- ing on studies in a formal and systematic manner is concerned, but it is not true in that learning continues throughout life. This learning which is lifelong in character may be worthwhile and helpful to the individual, or it may be accidental and vicarious and of little value. Learning, to be meaningful and worthwhile, must be planned. Wherever you may go in our great country you will find a fine university or college nearby, willing to help you plan a worthwhile lifelong learning program. If you reside in our State, the U. of L. is anxious to serve you. You may take general cultural courses, such as English, Art, Music, History, and Languages, or you may take specific courses which will help you become more proficient in the field of work you enter, or you may explore new fields. Do not let this be the end of your education. Keep growing and developing so that you can better serve yourself and socie ty. E. W. JACOBSEN, President.
