Board of Regents Co-ordinating and directing University activities, the Board of Regents is the official governing body of the University of Idaho. Since its powers and authorities are delegated by the State Constitution, the Board is directly responsible to the people of the State. The services which the personnel provide in- clude: student health; student counseling; ad- visory services and programs in fraternities, sororities, and residence halls; disciplinary counseling and action; and financial aids counseling, including scholarship programs. 27
