Scabbard and Blade. . . Urrra ultra of the military department's R.O.T.C. students are members of Scabbard and Blade, upperclassmen’s military honorary. Last fall members of the local chapter won the national Scabbard and Blade telegraphic rifle meet. Each year they have an exchange dinner with the Pullman chapter, and sponsor the Military Ball as well as their own Sca bbard and Blade dinner- dance and spring picnic.
