Renneker fulfills his position as presi- dent of the university. Twenty-four years of administrative work along with five years of executive tasks have contributed to a philosophy of guidance which has be- come so much a part of this quiet sincere man. Borrowing from the best of the past and encouraging the initiative of co-work- ers is our president's two-fold theme of effective leadership. This pattern of success, so universally appealing, forms a sincere and inspiring sentiment which will guide the university in its years of progress ahead.

' 'daalfian Brother Elmer C. Lackner Working in the two-fold capacity as registrar and as executive secretary of the uni- versity, Brother Elmer C. Lack- ner may well be regarded as the link between student activ- ity and academic recognition. Always ready with constructive suggestions, he now completes his second year in supervising and maintaining school records. l Brother Jerome McAvoy Bro. Jerome McAvoy fills the important position of Business Manager for the University. On him rest the budgetary respon- sibilities, the authority for all disbursements, new installae tions and buildings, and in general, the supervision over all the temporalities necessary for academic efficiency. To carry out these duties, Bro. Mc- Avoy is assisted by Bra, William Dap- per as Treasurer, Bro. James Kline as Purchasing Agent, and Bro. Joseph Meder as Maintenance Director.
