Renneker fulfills his position as presi- dent of the university. Twenty-four years of administrative work along with five years of executive tasks have contributed to a philosophy of guidance which has be- come so much a part of this quiet sincere man. Borrowing from the best of the past and encouraging the initiative of co-work- ers is our president's two-fold theme of effective leadership. This pattern of success, so universally appealing, forms a sincere and inspiring sentiment which will guide the university in its years of progress ahead.

Charles L. Collins, S.M. Those titles mean work, particularly in these days when enrollment at the Uni- versity has reached its highest level, but Father Collins is more than equal to the tasks he must perform, Acting quickly and wisely, he performs his many jobs with the calm, serene composure that fails to disclose the pressure of the responsibility that rests upon his shoulders.
