The laboratory and I'm dismayed. Next the staff approaches with reverential tread And then. indeed. I must keep my head And then, it's the clinic. due at ten With its fetching and toting all over again. I give an hour of such precious time To guarding those x-ray plates 50 Fine. Yes, beam and smile but desperate like My spirit flags, try as I might. Then it's over, with eclmingr steps down the hall, And I turn to struggle, to face it all. Those beds I'd made with every care, Whose natty corners had been so fair Arc tumbled and tossed and thrown about As if forty-nine demons had been routed nut. Sadly I gaze at my treatment room Where every last bottle had stood so true. The sign, Leave in Order. is the. only thing prim. The forty-eight patients meekly had hushed As they saw the seriousness with which I rushetl. But now that the dread of the morning in; pasl I think of them and the Orders at last. I glance at the order book With eager inquire l glance but it glitters. my brain is on hre.
