Through its erosive infiuences mountains, rivers-even continents disappear. So in the mind of man are old impressions submerged by the new currents and changing tides of those of more recent date. In the years to follow much of the curriculum Will be forgotten. Such scholastic relapses may be repaired by reference to text books. The general function of an annual is that of an album of persons, places, facts, and happenings incident to the current year. But what of that glamor which at first accompanies reminiscences of student days- that elusive phenomenon often so shortlived? In justice to our Alma Mater and in charity to ourselves it ought to be preserved. The editors of this Cincinnatian of nineteen hundred and twenty-two have aspired to effect not only an album but a talisman which will insure such preservation.
