College of Fine and Applied Arts and Sciences inaugurated the School of Health Sciences with Dr. Jasper L. McPhail, Director. Department of Nursing has developed a career option program for undergraduate students and a graduate program in nursing leading toward the MSE degree. College of Education sponsored workshops in measurement, reading, human relations and teaching methodologies. College of Business added a maior in marketing in Business Administration department.
