Recently built, the Home Management House of the University houses those upper class women majoring in Home Economics. William Robertson Coe Library, named for its benefactor, was completed in 1958. This million dollar building contains 300,000 volumes, 700,000 documents, and 1,800 different periodicals, and can seat 1,000 students at one time. Headquarters for the student health service and the nursing college, the Studer.t Health Center, is one of the newet buildings on campus. It was finished in 1961 as a part of an eleven million dollar building program layed out by the 1959 State legislature. Although the Bureau of Mines is not considered a building of the University, it was erected in the traditional campus stone by the Department of Interior of the United States. Many students from the University are employed here for re- search work. :« i£ ' liir V,mti, I If iiiitriiTi ' tiiVVii ' i
