DEAN LUELLA GALLIVER came to the University of Wyoming in 1926 as Freshmen dean and director of the freshmen dorm, which was then Merica Hall. In 1931 she became acting dean and the next year she was carrying the full responsibility of guid- ing the Wyoming coeds. During the 22 years that Miss Galliver has been here, she has seen the beginnings of many of the organizations on the campus, and has aided in the growth of the Univer- sity and the people who are a part of it. DEAN A. L. KEENEY. Since those hectic days of 1946, when enrollment at the uni- versity tripled, things like housing married veterans, solving their subsequent problems, and being a dutch uncle to the 2000-odd cowboys on the campus have become routine to Dean Keeney. The Dean also keeps a pa- ternal eye on the thirteen active fraternities . . . and they all have homes, now. Friendly smiles and words of advice are dealt out im- partially from behind the big desk in his office on the third floor of Old Main.

C. B. Jensen Buildings and Grounds ADMINISTRATION One of the largest departments on the campus and one that certainly covers the most territory is the Buildings and Grounds Department. As head of this department, C. B. Jensen watches over all the maintenance, repair, and remodeling for the entire campus. The man who is in charge of those unending lines during registration is R. E. McWhinnie. As a stU ' dent at the University of Wyoming, he became fas- cinated with those lines and became the University registrar. He has spent some 30 years in this capacity. For many years, John A. Hill was Dean of the Col- lege of Agriculture. He kept Wyoming ' s Ag College standards high — it ranked among the top agricul- tural schools in the nation. Last year, after serving the University well, Mr. Hill retired as Dean and now serves as Vice President of the University. In the Army, it was the chaplain you told your troubles to. At the University of Wyoming, the ex-G. I. ' s tell their troubles to Mr. L. S. Crawford. He ' s the man who can tell you how much longer you ' ll be getting those subsistance checks. R. E.
