IBCDCDR H The Honorable LESTER C. HUNT Governor of the State of Wyoming ■ Up from the South has come Dr. George Duke Humphrey to guide the University of Wyoming through some of its most important and formative years. He has become known through- out the campus to the students he guides for his infectuous grin and his friend- liness. Picture the University of Wyo- ming as a small world placed on the shoulders of this man and there you have the function of the University ' s President. It is a great load, but Dr. Humphrey has carried it as capably as any man could.
