Dr. G. D. Humphrey President The Administration The problems arising out of the fast changing post war era have been sguarely met by the administration of the University. Veteran housing, faculty salaries and a building program are only three of the larger responsi- bilities shouldered by the Board of Trustees and President G. D. Humphrey. Coming from Missis- sippi State College, Dr. Hum- phrey has in his first year at Wyoming inaugurated an am- bitious and efficient program. Fay E.
