- 0 O0 0 = 0- THE FIRST GRADUATING CLASS. W. H. BRAMEL was born in Nebraska City, Neb., December 18, 1867. Early in 1869 his parents came to Laramie, and as soon as their son reached a suitable age they sent him to the public school. In 1 886 he graduated from the high school with a creditable record. In September, 1887, Mr. Bramel entered the first Freshman class of the University. Throughout his course at the University he was compelled to meet his expenses from his own resources, and the University has watched with pride his successful career, and has called him back to de- liver the Commencement address to this year ' s graduating class. ERANK V. QUINN was born at Evanston, Wyo., January 14, 1870, being the first child born in that city. He received his pri- mary and high school education in the public schools of his native town, graduating from the Evanston high school in I 886. He spent the next three years at the Northwestern University at Evanston, 111. In the fall of 1889 Mr. Quinn entered the Junior class of the University of Wyo- ming, from which he graduated in 1 89 1 . ♦(K= 0 o z= 0 ' .
