HBut it was Homecoming! Oh - what an excuse! Good for missed pa- pers, deadlines, meetings and sleep, or postponements of trips home, ap- pointments, and other sane aspects of life. Although a reason is not always totally necessary, a college home- coming offers the more conservative element of the campus population an opportunity to join in the fun, frolic, and friendships which make Homecoming a time of unity. No matter which dorm you inhabited, whether you came from the east or west side, off campus or on, theater or accounting, intensive study or in- tensive party, football player or chess expert oit didn,t matter. The Wonderful World of Disney was just for you.

Graduation After four long years -and in some cases a little longer -that day finally arrived. Graduation for most was a combination of joy, fear, ex- citement, sadness and achievement all rolled into one day. We were joyful that we survived the battery of tests and exams, lec- tures, homework, term papers and the other hurdles along the way. We were sad to leave our friends, the Thursday nightts parties, and the fun we had during our four short years. We were afraid of the unknown that the future holds in store. And we were proud of our accomplish- ments and acheivements. But mostly we were excited that we finally made it!
