DEAN ' S OF MEN AND V OMEN Dr. Wynett ' ynett Barnett, energetic and amiable Dean of Women, watches over the gins on campus, teaches speech courses, and keeps close tabs on the college calendar. She has a friendly greeting for all and Is more than willing to help anyone with a prob- lem. Dr. Wells came to Whitewater in 1933 as director of academic educa- tion and taught psychology. In his spare time he sponsored Kappa Delta Pi and a monthly bulletin entitled Secondary Education Problems. In 1943 he entered the Navy. Following his discharge in 1946 as a lieutenant com- mander, he returned to Whitewater and became Dean of Instruction and Registrar. Dr. Wells 13d his M. received his Bachelor ' s degree at the University of Kansas and . and Ph. D. at the University of Chicago. CORD O. WELLS, B. A., M. A., Ph. D. WHITEWATER REGENT HAROLD G. ANDERSEN, Board of Regents Mr. Harold G. Andersen is the Whitewater representative on the State Board of Regents. He has been a life-long resident of Whitewater, having received his education in the local schools and at the University of Wisconsin. He has worked earnestly on the behalf of the students to secure a better State Teachers College at Whitewater. (10)
