Miss Williams The chief concern of the director of the pri- mary department is to see that prospective teachers securely grasp the most recent meth- ods of teaching little children. Here instruce tion, observation, and practice are proportion- crtely blended with cul- tural training. Mrs. Wheeler The Rural Depart- ment of the college is conducted under the supervision of Mrs. I. U. Wheeler.
