REGENT WILLIAM SEYMOUR Mr. William Seymour has this year be- come a member of the State Board of Re- gents of Normal Schools, and serves in the capacity of our Whitewater representative. As cm active Elkhorn attorney and speaker of note, he is well qualified to fill this posi- tion. Already, in his appearance before school organizations, he has expressed his keen interest and cooperative spirit in regard to the Teachers College, and his desire to promote its welfare and advancement.
