To the Students of the Cent ml Wisconsin State Teachers College: No institution, whether school, city, state or nation, ever accomplished the desired results or achieved success except through the personnel of its members or citizenship. You, the students of the Central Wisconsin State Teachers College, hold the destiny of this school in your hands: through your actions and activities you will grow and increase in numlier and in accomplishment, or fail to attain the desired end. Co-operation is a word that has t cen much used and greatly abused in recent years. To some, co-operation means simply doing the thing that is desired, expected or required—to others, it means the giving of every effort, the exhausting of every resource, and the doing of the utmost at all times. There is a vast difference between ordinary co-operation and enthusiastic co-operation. Let us appreciate our opportunity; bear in mind our obligations; and join in a whole-hearted, enthusiastic co-operative effort for a letter and more successful school. W. E.
