Court of Honor Winning Beards This year's Winter Carnival seemed destined for success when Friday morning came complete with sunny skies ond lots of light, powdered snow, the kind that it's fun to ski, slide, build snowmen, or to just roll around in. The promise held true too, with over three hundred persons coming to the FFA Talent show Friday evening to see the royalty from the St. Paul Winter Carnival and the crowning of Bob and Blake Hubert as Winter Carnival King and Queen. The winter fun started at 10 a. m. that morning when Carnival Chairwoman Beulah Falkofske outlined the activity schedule and prizes were awarded in the beard growing contest.
