Many of the houses whoro students room entered the snow-sculpturing contest. The theme of the Homecoming, SLEIGH SUPERIOR, was carried out in the sculpturing. The judges awarded first prize to the House of Retrum whose prehistoric animal was auite monstrous. The House of Kurtz's Ferdinand took second prize, and the House of Jensen's basketball player who. incidently, was greatly weakened by the mild weather, copped third prize. Saturday afternoon provided the real thrills when many of the students trudged up the Mound for some grand fun tobogganing. The boys had made the toboggan tracks, and they were steep and smooth— just right for lots of fun. The wind was sharp, and almost everyone wore snowy eyelashes and eyebrows as well as frosty hair.
