Coliege Masquers On January 25, 1945, the Masquers presented Edward Percy’s end Reginald Denham's mystery play. LADIES IN RETIREMENT, under the direction of Mr. Carfeton Ames. Special acting honors went to Joyce Kennedy for her portrayal of Ellen Creed and to MiBicent Stone and Maxine Huppert. Louisa and Emily Creed. M Scant Stone Emily Creed Marine Huppert Sister Theresa .... Ethel Jones After the play the Masquers were hosts to the audience at a get-together in the social room in South Hall. The event gives the audience a chance to become acquainted with the cast. The idea was initiated last year after CRY HAVOC was presented, and the Masquers hope to make it a tradition. On April II the Masquers presented “The Sugerfoot Minstrels'' in the oolege auditorium. The performance was also given at the Hudson High School in the afternoon.
