We present for your information and approval the following pictorial and written records of the past year here at the Oshkosh State Teachers College. Jist as a great change so obviously takes place in the student from the time of his entrance as a freshman until his graduation lis hook will portray same metamorphosis from youthful aspirations to definite adult character. We, as a school, are proud of our reputation for providing an environment in which such a creditable transition may take place.
