Goveriior Kohler has proved himself a symhol of eo-operation hetween the University of Wiiseoxisin and the state. He has favored a program which would have a single Board of Regents control all state operated institutions of higher learning. He has, also, furthered a vampns postwar eonstrnr-tion program and a pro- gram eoneerned with experimental work on disease eontrol in dairy herds, sponsored hy the College of Agrieulture. With Governor Kohler as the able head of 1Viseon- sin's government, the state and the University have become an integrated whole.
