Faculty The faculty of the University of Wisconsin serves as the coordinator of student programs and activities and advises and counsels individual students through such organizations as the Student Counseling service and the student activities office. Student matters and morals are guided and regulated by the Student Life and Interest Committee. ♦s ?

BOARD OF VISITORS The Board of Visitors of the University of Wisconsin is composed of twelve members three of whom are appointed hy the Governor of the State, three hy the Board of Regents of the University and six by the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association. The Board of Visitors reports to the Regents. It is concerned primarily in rendering such assistance as it can in maintaining the highest possible stand- ards in all University activities and particularly in teaching. It is authorized to examine generally the work of the University, the condition of buildings and grounds and anv other matters relative to the welfare and efficiency of the University.
