S. U. W. Graduate Manager. Wfhile Campbell was with the Book Store, it grew from its quarters in a shabby little shack behind Denny Hall to a large store on the Avenue, and from a concern that dealt almost solely in textbooks and pencils to an organization that does about 3300,000 worth of business each year. Outstanding in the Work that Campbell has done during the past year in his capacity of Graduate Manager, has been the football schedule he has secured for the Husky team. In the first place, he has arranged a game with the University of Chicago, to be played in Chicago on November 23. 1929. But of more importance to Wasliington, he has secured four-year contracts with three of the largest colleges on the Pacific Coast-the Uni- versity of Southern California, Stanford University and the University' of California. ln obtaining games with these Coast teams. many of which will lw played in Seattle. a larger attellflance at University ganics will ln- prac- ' Y .
