THE X0 MIN LtCol. Richard L. Bianchino was born in Albany, New York. He received a BS. degree in Education from the State Universi- ty of New York, at Cortland and an M.A. degree in Manage- ment from Pepperdine University, Malibu, California. He was commissioned via the PLC program and has served as an in- structor at both the Basic School and Flight School. His other assignments include duty in the 'lst and 3rd Marine Divisions, lst and 3rd Ma ' A' f ' t s ' P U rine ircra t Wings as well as Headquarters, US. Marine Corps. He has been stationed in Okinawa Pensacola Washington, DC., Vietnam and most recently, CINPAC Stall in Hawaii.

,, lll 3 Capt. Anthony W. tWayne1 Stoeckel was born in Newport, Kentucky 25 luly 1935, graduating from St. Thomas High School in Fort Thomas, Kentucky in 1953. After graduation he attended Villa Madonna College in Covington, Kentucky. Capt. Stoeckel entered the Navy in the NAVCAD program in 1956, earning his wings and commission as Ensign in August 1957. He saw duty in S-2 tTracker1 squadrons flying Anti-submarine Warfare QASW1 mis- sions in Norfolk and Key West, served as Hangar Deck and Flight Deck Officer on USS INTREPID QCVS 111, and returned to flying during combat operations in Vietnam on board USS KEARSARCE QCVS 331 1968-70 with VS-29. He transitioned to the Navy's newest ASW Aircraft LS-3A VlKlNC-1 in 1973 and commanded the first VIKING deployment in 1975-76 aboard USS IOHN F. KENNEDY QCV 671. After his aviation com- mand, Capt. Stoeckel was selected for Pdeep draft command and commanded USS SYLVANIA QAFS 21 in 1980-81. He has had staff duty in San Diego, at Head- quarters Naval Air Force Pacific Fleet, and at the Pen- tagon working in OP-O5 fOffice of the Deputy for Air Warfare1. Capt. Stoeckel has a BA degree from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California and an MPA from the University of Washington. Additionally, Capt. Stoeckel is a graduate of the Armed Forces Staf College in Norfolk, and the Navy's Aviation Safety School in Monterey. He is married to the former Bonnie lo Beard of Norfolk, Virginia. They have five chiic sn, Mark, Melanie and Matthew who reside in northern Virginia, and Eric and Warren who reside with their parents in Bothell.

2? . 5 I S 3 Major Dave Dotterrer serves as the Unit Battalion Adviser and as the Marine Officer Instructor. He attended the NROTC Unit of Oregon State University and received his commission after graduation in 1973. Upon graduation he went to the Basic School and the Army Ranger course, ln lune of 1974 to luly 1975 he served as an Infantry Pla- toon Commander. Beginning August 1975, he served as Ceremonial Platoon Commander assigned to Marine Barracks, Washington, DC. ln 1978 Major Dotterrer vvas transferred to The Basic School in Ouantico, Virginia where he served as Staff Platoon Commander. He then attended Amphibious Warfare School at Ouantico. ln 1980 he was assigned to Second Marine Division, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
