YNC Lowell A. Rosen has served as Yeoman aboard the USS Current, at the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, and aboard the USS Coucal. Chief Rosen and his wife, Dolores, have five childreng Donna, Donald, Darla, Dean, and Deborah. 3 E Peggy Birnel arrived at the ROTC Unit last October and according to her, loves it. She worked in the Office of University Relations before coming --M., to the Unit. Peggy and husband Dan live on Bainbridge Island, and as Newlyweds probably enjoy it. , 5 4 i I u L i QMC Roderick S. Barnes was born in Oregon and served with the United States Marine Corps attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. He enlisted in June 1956 to serve in a variety of assignments around the world, including Drill Instructor duty at Parris Island and two tours in Vietnam.
