The Midship- man 's first priority is academics, which, at the University, is more than enough to keep anyone busy. The University Midshipman is, however, also required to fulfill his military obligations. A combination of NROTC academic require- ments, Leadership Lab every Tuesday and Sum- mer Training Cruises that last from four to six weeks, give the University Midshipman oppor- tunities his civilian counterparts can only envy.
