Originally printed in mimeographed form with a few faculty-conu'ibuted articles and a circu- lation limited to the University, it is now published in standard law review format and has a world-wide distri- bution.The current issues comprise student notes, recent decisions, and articl es contributed by distinguished practitioners and international legal scholars. In editorial outlook, the lournal focuses not only on the public international order commonly thought of as International Law but also on legal aspects of inter- national commerce. The loumal hopes to contribute to the growth of understanding international legal problems as well as the development of legal ability in the student who participate in the publication.
