U62 As you have probably noticed Tower '68 lacks both an editorial and dedicationg it does not however lack a point of view. Tower ,68 stands as isg at once in its entirety a dedication and an editorial. By this publication we hope to laud all those who have worked to push back the fringes of this uni- versity's influence and relevence and expand the horizons of our ulandscapef, We hope to have given some focus on the new directions university development should take.
