Bob Jones provided entertainment at the Coffee House, which featured local talent. c, During one of the most successful Coffee House shows held this year, Bonnie la Blanc received a standing ovation. d. Two Pan Am students were able to find a few minutes between classes to play a few rounds of pool.

Organizations UCPC , Cultural, social, educational and recreational activities for the stu- dents and other members of the PAU community are provided by the University Center Pro- gram Council. Under the leadership of presi- dent Mike Perez and advisor Tony Vela, UCPC provided entertainment by Hues Corpora- tion, Cheech and Chong, the Danish Gymnastics Team and others of renown in their field. Membership in this organization is open to any PAU student who is willing to work. sv' a. The newly-built University Center provided ping pong, pool, air hockey, foosball, table tennis and other activities. b. Cheech and Chong, after their successful concert in the PAU Field House, gathered with members of UCPC. c. Swami Dayandanda, a well-known Valley yogi, entertained students during one of the several Coffee Houses sponsored by UCPC.
