Greeks Phi Kappa Theta This fraternity seeks to encour- age and attain a high scholastic standing, to identify students more closely with the university, and to foster a vigorous spirit of loyalty. This year Phi Kappa Theta held a Christmas party for retarded children at the Pharr Civic Cen- ter. The fraternity participated in the Carnival of the Great Pumpkin, Bronco Days and Greek Week. The fraternity, after several years of fund raising, has acquired a house on Mon Mack Rd.
