Mary Jean Ueannyj Neilson made her debut in TAIAW by winning third place in the state one-meter diving competition. b. Zonta International made possible PAU's first athletic scholarship for women. Accepting the award for PAU were Amado Rob', Rob- ledo. assistant athletic director, Jeanette Haw- kins, women's swim coach and Jeanny, recipient of the scholarship. Joan Carter. president of Zonta, witnessed the presentation by Mrs. Jack f Renej Wallace. treasurer of Zonta. c. Jeanny entered the winners' circle with ease and grace. d.
