Neighbors The Law School must seem a very strange world to those watching from the outside. The construction workers in our neighborhood, brave souls that they are, have gradually moved in with us and now seem as much a part of the Law School community as Earl and his sandwiches. Smith has been honored twice for his teaching ability. receiving teaching excellence awards from the Law School student body in 1966 and from the I T Students’ Association.
