GEORGE SCHATZKI Assistant Professor Of Law Mr. Schatzki received his A.B., LL.B., and LL.M. degrees from Harvard in 1955, 1958 and 1965 respectively. He was Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board from 1958-1960 and practiced with the Dallas firm of Mullinax, Wells, Morris and Mauzy from I960 to 1963. Mr. Schatzki lectured classes at Southern University Law School, 1961 to 1963, and has been a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Law School, 1963 to 1965. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Texas Bar Associations. Mr. Schatzki teaches Constitutional Law and Labor Relations. COLONEL LEO. G. BLACKSTOCK Lecturer In Law Col. Blackstock holds B.A., M.B.A. and LL.B. degrees from the University of Texas. He was admitted to practice in Texas in 1933. From 1937 to 1938, he was Chief Examiner for the Gas Utilities Division of the Railroad Commission. He has been a colonel in the United States Army since 19-46, and was Chief of the Prosecution Division, Legal Section, of the General Headquarters in Tokyo from 1945 to 1948. Col. Blackstock has been Visiting Professor of Law at Texas since 1953, and Professor of Business Law at the main University since 1927. Col. Blackstock teaches Military Law. R. DEAN MOORHEAD Lecturer In Law Mr. Moorhead received his A.B. degree from the University of Kansas in 1938, and his LL.B. from Columbia in 1941. He was admitted to practice before the Texas and Federal Bars in 1942, and served as Assistant Attorney General of Texas from 1942 to 1945. Mr. Moorhead was on the faculty of the Law School in 1943 and 1944, and again in 1946 and 1947. He has been on the Faculty of the College of Business Administration. Mr. Moorhead lectures courses in Contracts and conducts a seminar in Fiduciary Administration. 26

JOEL J. FINER Assistant Professor Of Law Mr. Finer received his B.B.A. from City College of New York in 1959. In 1963 he was awarded both a M.A. and a LL.B. from Yale University. Mr. Finer joined the Texas Law Faculty in 1964, after having served as law clerk to U.S. Circuit Judge George T. Washington. Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Comparative Constitutional Law arc the courses Mr. Finer teaches. PAUL F. ROTHSTEIN Assistant Professor Of Law Mr. Rothstcin received his B.S.L. from Northwestern in 1959. and his LL.B. also from Northwestern, in 1961. He studied at Oxford University, England, from 1961 to 1963, as a Fulbright Scholar. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1961. Prior to coming to Texas, he taught at the University of Michigan and the University of Florida. Mr. Rothstcin is the author of The Attack on Market Security in the United Kingdom and the United States. Mr. Rothstcin came to the University of Texas in 1964, and is currently lecturing in Criminal Law, Evidence and Conflicts. MARSHALL SHAPO Assistant Professor Of Law Mr. Shapo holds the A.B. and LL.B. degrees from the University of Miami and the A.M. and S.J.D. degrees from Harvard. Mr. Shapo was a student instructor in Research Writing in 1963 and 1964. He teaches Injuries to Relations, Torts, and Business Associations. 25

FRANK J. MALONEY Lecturer In Law Mr. Maloney received his B.A. in 1954 and his LL.B. in 1956 from the University of Texas. He is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Travis County Bar Association, and the Austin Junior Bar Conference. Mr. Maloney has served as First Assistant District Attorney of Travis County and as Chief of Law Enforcement Division for the Attorney General of Texas. He has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and established the Austin law firm of Procter-Maloncy Fullerton in 1962, of which he is currently a practicing member. Mr. Maloney lectures on Criminal Law. TOM B. BLACK Lecturer In Law Mr. Black attended the University of Texas, receiving his B.A. degree in 1949 and his LL.B. degree in 1952. He served as Assistant Attorney General of Texas from 1952 to 1955 and since that time has been a member of the Austin law firm of Stayton Black. Mr. Black is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Travis County Bar Association and the American Arbitration Association. He lectures courses in Business Associations and Evidence. SAM LANHAM Lecturer In Law Mr. Lanham received his B.A. degree in 1953 and his LL.B. degree in 1955, both from Baylor University. He was a practicing attorney with the Waco law firm of Richey, Shccly, Tceling Cureton from 1955 to 1964 when he entered Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary to work toward the B.D. degree. Mr. Lanham is a member of both the American Bar Association and.the Texas Bar Association. He lectures courses in Introduction to Legal Processes, Insurance and Eminent Domain. 27
