After briny; admitted to the Texas State Bar in 194), he served in the United Staten Army. From 1946-1948, he was an Assistant Professor and Law Librarian at Bflytor University law School. He joined The University of Texas law Facility in 1955 is a Visiting Professor of law and rose to Professor of law in 1957. He lectures in Private Corporations, Partner-ships. Corporation Finance. Introduction to Lejeal Process and Agency. He is the author of Lexaf BiUioxrepbf assf Rtitertb. faculty PIERRE R. LOISEAUX Professor of l iw Mr. Losceaux received hi» LLB. from Boston University in 1950 and hit LL.M. from New York Univertiry in 1951. He wan admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1950. but soon became a Teaching Fellow at New York University School of Law. From 1951-1955. he wat an Account Protector of Law at the University of Arkansan; and from 1955-1955 he held that position at Fmory University, when he became an Associate Professor of Law. He joined the University of Texas in 1957 as an Associate Professor of Law. Since then, lie has lectured on Creditor's Rights, labor Law, Fraud and Mistake and Contracts. Mr. I.oiteuux is a member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Arbitrators and the Libor Law Group Trust. 27
