Dedicated To GUS MACY HODGES For his outstanding service to the University of Texas Law School, the Society of the Peregrinus proudly dedicates the nineteen hundred and sixty-one edition to Professor Gus M. Hodges. With humor and wit he has given his students respect for accuracy and clarity of expression, and for the necessity of thought before speech. Professor Hodges' contribution to the field of law, to our training as lawyers, and to the Law School has been immense. We are proud to have the opportunity of dedicating the Peregrinus to such a man. 5 The Editors
