Nothing else receives as much advance publicity as the State Board Exams. Even the Freshmen are well-acquainted with the numerous horror stories told by veterans and students alike. But in actuality, not only the State Boards, but everything concerning this school directly involves the State Board of Dental Examiners, and W their staff. Although the main office is in Austin, these men are from all different regions of the state. They are charged with the task of making sure the quality of practicing dentists in the state of Texas is upheld. lBelieve it or not, they were all dental students themselves oncell These men are chosen to their positions because they are leaders in the profession of Dentistry, as well as in their many personal endeavors, and they are giving of themselves in hopes of carrying the profession to greater heights. We are proud to present them as a part of the first edition ofthe Fang, and hope that they will continue this association in future years.
