A- u , -f fx , I ASPA XY wtf flxg L s The purposes of the American Society for Personnel Administration KASPAQ are directed towards the edu cation of individuals with an interest in the adminzs tration of human resources The student chapter pro vides insight to students interested in a personnel management career ASPA members are provided up- to-date in ormation on new developments in the field as a part of its efforts to develop a nucleus of truly professional future administrators. Members of the student chapter participate in monthly meetings of the West Tennessee Chapter of ASPA, visit regional industrial and service organizations, as well as invite personnel professionals to speak to the chapter about current issues. The UTM ASPA Chapter provides sub- scriptions ofthe Society's journal, Personnel Admin- istraton to the LIT Martin and the Martin Public Library. ASTM 319
