The principal objective for establishing the GEOCLU B was to pro- vide a focal point for students, faculty, and staff interested in the Geosciences of Geology and Geography. GEOCLLIB has sponsored lec- tures, slide and film presentations, field trips, social gatherings, and has assisted the Department of Geosciences and Physics with its projects through the years. Each year the GEOCLLIB sponsors a team which participates in a GEOLOGY CONCLAVE held at I-'all Creek Falls State Park n the Spring. The students compete in technical and nontechnical events, go on field trips, and have fellowship with Geology students and faculty from other institutions in our region.
