Kim Adams, Margie Whitfeld, Michelle inny. i Established in 1851, Alpha Delta Pi is proud to be the first secret society for college women, Delta Upsilon was founded in 1961 and has enjoyed playing an active role in the U,'IfM. campus for the past twenty-five years. The sisters of Alpha Delta Pi are looked upon as university leaders and are well represent- ed in most campus organizations. ADPi has members in tlze Under-graduate Alumni Council, PER University Scholars, Advisors to the Chancellor, University Hostess, Univere sity Marching Band, College Panhellenic and Student Government. ADPi's are found on the varsity cheerleading squad, pom-pon squad, and Lady-Pacer Cheerleading Squad. ADPi's are also a part ofthe Pacer and Spirit staff and most are members of a variety of honor and pre-professional societies. Alpha Delta Pi's are clearly popular with guys on campus. Many have the honor of being fraternity little sisters and some have been named fraternity sweetlzearts. ADPi's worked side by side with brothers of Kappa Alpha Order to make a beautiful winning float in the 1987 Homecoming Parade. The sisters ofAlpha Delta Pi have Activities with every fraterni- ty on campus, Each year ADPi's participate in many campus activities, ADPi's were proud to capture first place in AKPsi Super Sunday and first place in SAE-KA Springfest. ADPi's also excel! in sports, winning the sports award at the annual Panhellenic Banquet. ADPi's are also recognized on campus for their receipt of University Service Awards, every year ADPi was also honored to have a sister on the 1987 I-lornecoming court, more importantly than A winning first place trophies, ADIi's enjoy the time tlzey spend together as friends.
