SMILEY, Chairman It is through the aid and guidance of the University of Tampa's Board of Trustees that our officials are able to secure the most bene- ficial results for the University. This able-bodied group of men fulfills the function toward the administration that the faculty does for the stu- dents. The University has prospered and ex- panded for many years by the policies the Board of Trustees has formed. We owe our gratitude to the Board for the long awaited recognition that is now Tampa’s.
