THE TERM the student's friend aptly de- scribes the Administrators of the University of Tampa. At one time or another, we, the stu- dents, have through our associations with them come to realize that this is undoubtedly true. With insight born of true understanding and delight in human nature and their jobs, the hard-working Administration has yet to be stumped by their duties. An ever-ready, Hello, there is their trade mark whether you just pass them on campus or go to them with one of your numerous problems. They are faced with the ever growing task of equipping the students to meet the future.

No individual is better qualified to represent the progressive spirit of the University of Tampa than President Ellwood C. Nance. His meteoric rise has paralleled and complemented the spectacular growth of the University. Along with the Board of Trustees, Dr. Nance has continually fought for the development of a Univer- sity that would be of worth to the City. ELLWOOD C. Plans for a new Student Union Building and Fieldhouse are in process. Yes, all of Dr. Nance's dreams for our growing Universit are comin true.
