The government of the University is vested in the Board of Trustees, This group of twenty-five civic minded businessmen of the city of Tampa meet dur- ing the year when necessary and at the end of the academic year for the prime purpose of setting up the budget for the forthcoming fiscal year beginning in September. The Board is self-perpetuating, five members be- ing elected yearly to serve a term of five years. The routine business of the University affecting the Board is handled by the Executive Committee of the Board. This group of men include: Carl D. Brorein, chairman, R. J. Binnicker, J, A.
