Below: I can't believe I said that . Carlin let it all hang out. Right: Really getting into charac- ters has always been one of Carlins greatest strengths. His intense mood and movements had the crowd rolling in the aisles all night long. Carlin did some of his hardest hitting and prob- ably most controversial material, but there was no monkey business for this homecoming. In 1912 USM was known as Mississippi Normal College and consisted of five buildings. The idea to raise money was part of the thirty month plan to celebrate USM,s 75th anniversary. The goal was to raise 7.5 million dollars in the thirty month plan symbolizing the universi- ty's establishment from March 30, 1910 to September 18, 1912. The goal was more than successfully reached as the university earned 10.6 million dollars. The money will be used for aw construction operation and endorse- ment toward the university. Everyone loves the Eagle mascot. This young lady was no exception as she embraced him with a big hug. Waldoff s held its eighth annual community wide Homecoming pep rally at the mall tt?-. '--WL 'I
