Anderson, James W. Kelley, Martin Welding. The School of Commerce and Business Administration is or- ganized into five departments. They are: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics. Marketing, and Office Administration. The objective of the school is to educate a student through a blend of cultural knowledge. economic literacy, basic business tools. and specialived knowledge so that he may rise in the business world to the maximum of his abilities. Upon a broad coverage of courses in the arts and sciences, mathematics, economics, and gen- eral business, specialized courses in various fields to suit different objectives are superimposed. It is believed that in this manner a graduate has received enough specialized training and a broad enough education to enable him to begin work in one of the func- tional areas of business and to rise to the executive level.
